Dr. Rachelle Y. Benson is a dedicated professional with years of experience within the Human  Services field. Experience in overseeing, directing, managing, and supervising diverse  populations and economically challenged individuals. Extensive experience with Welfare-to Work employment programs, marketing and outreach, Community Care license day programs, case management, and highly experienced in working with individual with disabilities.
